Trascorrendo pi\u00f9 tempo in<strong> ambienti chiusi <\/strong>e il <strong>contatto frequente con molte persone <\/strong>ci rendono pi\u00f9 vulnerabili a <strong>batteri e virus<\/strong>. Di conseguenza, si moltiplicano le visite mediche, l&#8217;assunzione di farmaci e l&#8217;uso di antibiotici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Influenza, raffreddore e bronchiti, in questo periodo, mettono a dura prova la nostra salute e il nostro benessere, ma noi abbiamo pensato ad un&#8217;utile guida e a qualche consiglio (e qualche rimedio) per <strong>prevenire le malattie stagionali <\/strong>e ripartire alla grande. Rafforziamo il nostro sistema immunitario<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contro le infezioni \u00e8 bene farsi trovare preparati: un <strong>sistema immunitario forte<\/strong> \u00e8 fondamentale per riuscire a gestire al meglio i primi malanni di stagione. Cambiate spesso aria ai vostri ambienti domestici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Arieggiare quanto pi\u00f9 possibile un ambiente \u00e8 fondamentale per garantire un ricircolo ottimale e <strong>diminuire cos\u00ec la concentrazione di batteri nell&#8217;aria<\/strong>. Cambiare aria con frequenza abbassa notevolmente la percentuale di proliferazione dei patogeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Tra l&#8217;altro lo sapevate che: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.focus.it\/scienza\/salute\/influenza-e-raffreddore-cambiare-aria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>&#8220;un solo\u00a0<strong>starnuto<\/strong>, infatti, &#8220;spara&#8221; nell&#8217;ambiente fino a <strong>40.000 micro-particelle di saliva<\/strong> a pi\u00f9 di 160 km\/h, con una gittata che raggiunge i 10 metri di distanza, mentre per un\u00a0<strong>colpo di tosse\u00a0<\/strong>sono circa 3.000 particelle a 80 km\/h&#8230;\u00a0<\/em>(&#8230;) <em>Il livello dei\u00a0<strong>microbi<\/strong>\u00a0in sospensione \u00e8 dunque pi\u00f9 che sufficiente per fare ammalare anche chi transita velocemente dall&#8217;ambiente in cui \u00e8 presente una persona infetta. Meglio\u00a0<strong>cambiare l&#8217;aria\u00a0spesso<\/strong>, perci\u00f2, appunto <strong>per abbassare la concentrazione di virus.<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Prevenire malattie stagionali:consigli e rimedi. Dormite dormite e dormite ancora<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un buon riposo \u00e8 essenziale per mantenere il sistema immunitario in salute. <strong>La mancanza di sonno infatti indebolisce notevolmente le difese del nostro organismo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dormite almeno 8 ore a notte;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spegnete i dispositivi elettronici almeno un&#8217;ora prima di coricarvi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non bevete bevande che contengono teina o caffeina dopo le 17;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.resvis.it\/quando-usarlo\/raffreddore\/cosa-fare-e-non-fare-per-dormire-bene-quando-si-e-malati\/\">Non utilizzare il tuo letto per attivit\u00e0 stressanti, come lavorare o anche guardare la televisione<\/a>;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Una corretta igiene del sonno dovrebbe essere una componente imprescindibile nella vita di ognuno di noi,\u00a0<strong>dormire in modo regolare e costante garantisce un buon livello di salute generale<\/strong>, sia a livello fisico sia a livello mentale. Idratazione e attivit\u00e0 fisica sono importantissimi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&#8217;esercizio fisico, anche moderato e una corretta idratazione sono fondamentali per mantenersi in energia e salute<\/strong>. Avanti tutta con <strong>attivit\u00e0 all&#8217;aperto anche con il freddo<\/strong>, una leggera camminata \u00e8 perfetta per riattivare la circolazione e per lavorare su una corretta respirazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bere a sufficienza anche in inverno \u00e8 fondamentale per mantenere<strong> idratate le mucose delle vie aeree<\/strong>, rendendole cos\u00ec pi\u00f9 resistenti ai virus e batteri.
