Eccola qui!<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Che cosa sono i superfood e quali sono?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.issalute.it\/index.php\/la-salute-dalla-a-alla-z-menu\/s\/superfood\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Con il termine inglese \u201csuperfood\u201d (super-cibi) si fa riferimento ad<strong> alimenti composti da sostanze nutritive particolarmente benefiche per la salute<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>I superfood sono <strong>alimenti ricchi di sostanze nutritive <\/strong>importantissime per il nostro Sistema. Possiamo considerarli un concentrato di <strong>vitamine, minerali, antiossidanti<\/strong>, che si distinguono per la loro elevata densit\u00e0 nutrizionale rispetto a molti altri alimenti comuni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.my-personaltrainer.it\/alimentazione\/superfood.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">I superfood godono spesso dell&#8217;appellativo di\u00a0<strong>alimenti funzionali<\/strong>\u00a0o <strong>cibi\u00a0nutraceutici<\/strong>. Infatti, \u00e8 sempre consigliato adottare uno <strong>stile di vita sano<\/strong>, un&#8217;<strong>alimentazione equilibrata<\/strong> e una <strong>buona dose di attivit\u00e0 fisica<\/strong>, questi, associati al consumo dei superfood possono rivelarsi una scelta vincente per migliorare il proprio benessere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mauriziotommasini.it\/superfood-cosa-sono-quali-sono\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sui superfood, cibi considerati da alcuni cos\u00ec salutari da poter sconfiggere ogni malattia, si concentra l\u2019attenzione dell\u2019industria alimentare, del marketing e di quanti vorrebbero fare qualcosa per la propria salute.
